摘  要:现今我国的中医学培养模式以院校制培养为主流,受众也以高考应届毕业生为主体,造成了本科低年级学生普遍存在有国学基础薄弱、逻辑推理思维固化等问题,导致其在专业学习过程中难以接受取类比像、思外揣内、对立统一等的观念,较难树立整体观念与辨证论治等专业思想,这些都对学生后续的学习研究造成了一定阻力。通过对本科低年级学生的学情特征分析及中医学入门教育特点的研究,笔者认为编撰适宜的背诵材料即“口袋书”作为课堂教学的补充与后续经典学习的入门材料较符合中医学学科特点及当今学情。文章从中医学专业的学科特征、本科低年级学生学情分析入手,阐述了教师在此阶段的教育教学过程中应把握的几点原则;提出了中医学本科入门阶段背诵材料遴选的指导思想并附示例,旨在为进一步完善中医学本科低年级教育教学方法作一尝试。Nowadays the education mode of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is universities cultivate as the mainstream,high school graduate as the main body,which caused the undergraduate junior students with weak sinology and solidified logic thinking.All these situations lead to the difficulty of accepting the TCM professional thinking,which also caused some resistance for further study.According to the analysis of the characteristics of undergraduate students and of TCM introductory education,the author holds the view that it is more in line with the characteristics of TCM and current situation to compile appropriate recitation material,“pocket book”as a supplement to the classroom teaching and a introductory material for further classical learning.This review started with the analysis of characteristics of TCM and learning situation of junior undergraduates,expounded some principles that teachers should keep in mind during teaching process,presented the guidelines and examples for the selection of recitation materials for undergraduate junior students.This review aimed to make a useful attempt to further improve the teaching methods for undergraduate junior students in TCM.
