摘　　要：《老子》哲学对当代社会和人生的引导功能涉及加强学术世界对其理论阐释的精巧性和扩大其思想在当下社会的大众传播两条路径,陈鼓应先生的《老子今注今译》普及版便是这样一部新作。简洁、明晰的思辨性语言将形而上的“不可道之道”转化为“可道”的人生修养境界和社会问题批判。陈先生关于道家哲学的种种理解,化整为零,融入《老子》81章的注译、导读和点评中;各部分之间的逻辑关系建构,使全书思想的系统性得以强化;论题提点和文献抛引,又为读者留下拓殖空间。普及版纠正学界对《老子》的误解以及加强对现实世界的关注,彰显出陈先生的学术使命和人文情怀。Giving full play to the guiding function of the philosophy of Lao Tzu in the contemporary society and human life involves strengthening the delicacy of its theoretical interpretation in the academic world and expanding the mass dissemination of its ideology in the current society.The popular edition of Mr Chen Guying’s the Contemporary Annotations and Translations of Lao Tzu is such a new work.Its simple and clear speculative language transforms the metaphysical“unspeakable Tao”into the“speakable”realm of life cultivation and criticism of social problems.Mr Chen's multiple understandings of the Taoist philosophy are scattered and integrated into the annotations,translations,introductions and comments of the 81 chapters of Lao Tzu.The construction of the logical relationship between various parts strengthens the system of the whole book,while the topic propositions and literature quotations leave space for the readers’further research.Mr Chen’s academic mission and humanistic feelings are demonstrated by his correcting the academic misunderstanding of Lao Tzu and his attention to the real world.
