基于主题词频统计的高校朋辈心理委员制度演化趋势

摘　　要：高校朋辈心理辅导是高校心理健康教育体系的重要构成部分,为了探索高校朋辈心理委员制度演化趋势,选取2008—2011年和2016—2019年两个时间段内以“心理委员”“朋辈心理”为主题的被引量前10的文章,运用TD-IDF法和Jieba分词及Pychart库法进行分析,发现高校大学生心理健康教育网络畅通,宿舍心里信息员的作用日益凸显,学生主观能动性不断提升,朋辈互助增多。要保障高校朋辈心理委员制度的良好运转,须加强朋辈心理辅导队伍的选拔和培训,规范工作,完善制度。Peer counseling is an important part of college mental health education system.In order to explore the evolution trend of peer psychological committee system in colleges and universities,top 10 cited articles on psycholo-gical committee and peer psychology in two time periods,2008—2011 and 2016—2019,are selected and Td-idf,Jieba word segmentation and Pychart library are used for analysis.It is found that the mental health education network of college students is smooth.The role of psychological information workers in dormitories is increasingly prominent,students'subjective initiative is constantly improving,and peer assistance is increasing.In order to ensure the good operation of the peer psychological committee system in colleges and universities,it is necessary to strengthen the selection and training of the peer psychological counseling team,standardize the work and perfect the system.
