摘  要:若想持续推进我国教育事业发展,应当把握住农村教育薄弱点,而促进农村教育的关键无疑是教师。文章立足于全科教师的外在教学特点表现,分析培养全科教师的价值,重点讨论培养策略:注重培训内容的专业性、发展交流平台的构建、培养课程的优化设置以及健全评价机制,促使教师学会自我总结。If we want to continue to promote the development of our country's education,we should grasp the weak points of rural education,and the key to promote rural education is undoubtedly teachers.Based on the external teaching characteristics of general teachers,the paper analyzes the value of training general teachers,focuses on the strategy and suggestions of training,emphasizes the professionalism of training content,the construction of development and exchange platform,the optimization of training courses and the sound evaluation mechanism,so as to promote the teachers'self-summary.
