创业失败学习、创业能力与连续创业意向的实证研究

摘　　要：基于经验学习理论,利用226位有过失败创业经历的创业者的调查数据,检验创业失败学习与连续创业意向的关系,以及创业能力在二者之间的影响作用。研究将创业失败学习分成自我学习、企业学习、关系学习和管理学习,将创业能力分为机会识别能力和资源获取能力,研究结果表明,创业失败学习对创业能力、连续创业意向有显著正向影响,不同内容的失败学习影响存在显著差异,创业能力在创业失败学习与连续创业意向关系间发挥着中介作用,其中创业能力在自我学习与连续创业意向之间发挥着完全中介作用,在企业学习、关系学习、管理学习与连续创业意向之间发挥着部分中介作用。研究结果打开了创业失败到连续创业这一过程的"黑箱",为处于创业失败迷茫期的创业者提供理论指导。Based on the experiential learning theory, this paper used of the empirical data of 226 serial entrepreneurs who had experienced failed startups to examine the relationship between entrepreneurial learning from failure and serial entrepreneurial intention and the influence of entrepreneurial ability on them. The results show that entrepreneurial ability of opportunity recognition and resource acquisition mediate entrepreneurial learning from failure and serial entrepreneurial intention. Entrepreneurship in oneself learning plays a completely intermediary role, while enterprise, relationship and managerial learning play partial intermediary role. The results reveal the "black box" of the process of entrepreneurial learning from failure to serial entrepreneurship, and provide practical enlightenment for entrepreneurs in the confused period of entrepreneurial failure.
