摘 要:为了进一步改善跨座式单轨车辆的运行平稳性,采用Universal Mechanism软件建立单轨车辆-轨道整车动力学模型。运用田口实验和稳健优化设计方法对单轨车辆的悬挂系统关键参数进行了优化设计。利用变化系数法筛选出关键悬挂参数,综合考虑可控设计参数和随机干扰因素对单轨车辆运行平稳性的影响,将关键悬挂参数进行正交试验。对试验结果进行信噪比分析,确定了优化后的参数。对优化后的悬挂参数进行仿真验证表明:单轨车辆纵横向平稳性指标均得到改善,悬挂系统稳健性提高,该方法对悬挂系统参数的优化是有效的。In order to further improve the running stability of straddle-type monorail vehicles,Universal Mechanism software was used to establish a monorail vehicle-rail vehicle dynamics model.Taguchi experiment and robust optimization design methods were used to optimize the design of the key parameters of the suspension system of monorail vehicles.The key suspension parameters were screened out by the variation coefficient method,and the influence of controllable design parameters and random interference factors on the running stability of monorail vehicles was comprehensively considered.The key suspension parameters were subjected to orthogonal experiments.And the signal-to-noise ratio analysis was performed on the test results to determine the optimized parameters.The simulation verification of the optimized suspension parameters shows that the vertical and horizontal stability indexes of monorail vehicles are improved,and the robustness of the suspension system is improved.The proposed method is effective for optimizing the suspension system parameters.
