摘 要:白酒作为我国宝贵的民族历史产物,是社交、商务会谈及各项庆祝活动中是一种不可或缺的饮品。随着工艺水准及需求的逐渐提升,白酒种类不断增多,成分构成也变得异常复杂。固态发酵白酒以粮食谷物为基本的发酵原料备受消费者青睐,但固态法白酒的假冒伪劣现象也愈发严重。本文对固态法白酒真实性检测重点进行剖析,探讨了现代检测技术在固态法白酒真实性检测中的应用,发掘现代检测技术在固态法白酒真实性检测中的应用价值。Liquor,as a precious national historical product in China,is an indispensable drink in social meetings,business talks and various celebrations.With the gradual improvement of technological level and demand,the types of liquor are increasing,and the composition of liquor becomes extremely complicated.Solid-state fermented liquor with grain as the basic fermentation raw material is favored by consumers.However,the fake and shoddy phenomenon of solid-state liquor is becoming more and more serious.This paper analyzes the key points of the authenticity detection of solid-state liquor,discusses the application of modern detection technology in the authenticity detection of solid-state liquor,and explores the value of modern detection technology in the authenticity detection of solid-state liquor.
