摘　　要：人工智能迎来其发展史上的第三次浪潮,成为引领新一轮科技革命和产业变革的战略性技术。我国人工智能近年发展突飞猛进,但仍面临高层次人才紧缺问题。在智能技术研究生培养过程中如何做到以德立学、以德施教,塑造学生品格;如何开拓国内外资源、拓展培养渠道、鼓励创新实践,提升学生能力;如何融入国防文化教育,引导学生报国奉献,都是亟需解决的问题。从学科特色优势出发,围绕立德树人的根本任务,将国防军工精神和红色基因融入人才培养全过程,构建“品格塑造—知识汇聚—技能实践—场景应用”的四维培养空间,探索建立“奉献国防、国际协同、实践引领”的智能技术研究生培养体系,达成为国家培养面向国防、追求卓越的智能技术合格人才目标。With the third wave of Artificial Intelligence(AI)development,AI has become a strategic technology leading a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation.In recent years,the development of AI in our country has experienced a spurt of progress.However,it is still facing a shortage of high-calibre personnel.In the graduate training for intelligent technology students,there are a series of issues that need to be considered and addressed.For instance,how to learn and teach by virtue to shape students’character,how to develop domestic and foreign resources,expand training channels,encourage innovative practice,improve stu⁃dents’ability,and how to integrate national defense culture into education to guide students’dedication to the country,etc..Proceed⁃ing from the advantages of discipline characteristics,centering on the fundamental mission of fostering virtue in education,the intelli⁃gent technology graduate training system will be explored with“defense dedication,international collaboration,and practice guid⁃ance”.By integrating the national defense military spirit and the‘red gene’into the whole process of talent training,a four-dimension⁃al training space as“Character Shaping-Knowledge Convergence-Skill Practice-Scenario Application”will be constructed,in order to cultivate intelligence technology talents who are oriented towards national defense and the pursuit of excellence.
