摘 要:我国目前环境工程专业学位研究生培养计划着重体现在学生工程实践和创新能力的培养。以兰州大学环境工程专业硕士学位为试点,分析了国内原有工科研究生实践教学体系现存的问题,结合国内外创新教育理念,提出了构建工科新型“三位一体”培养模式,旨在充分利用导师课题组科研及工程实践资源,深度挖掘专业研究生创新潜力和实践能力。新型“三位一体”培养体系主要包括高校引领护航、双导师联合培养及实践单位助力三大模块,改革和完善环境工程专业学位研究生实践教学体系,切实优化国内工科硕士教育教学培养体系。At present,China's graduate education program of environmental engineering aims to reflect in cultivating the ability of engineering practice and innovation.Based on the environmental engineering of Lanzhou University's master degree program,the existing problems of traditional engineering graduate education system are analyzed.This paper proposes the new training mode of engineering—"trinity"on the combination of traditional and innovative educational concept at domestic and overseas.Aiming at the research ability and engineering practice resources of research group can be fully developed and utilized,so as to deeply explore the innovation potential and practice ability and other all-round qualities.The"trinity"cultivation system is composed on the three modules of leading escort of universities,joint training of double tutors and assistance from practice units.It reforms and improves the practice teaching system for environmental engineering degree postgraduates,and practically optimized the education methods for domestic engineering masters.
