摘 要:为获得得率高、反应条件温和、能耗低、操作方便、对环境友好的菜籽油制备甘油二酯生产方法,以固定化脂肪酶催化菜籽油及预吸附甘油酶法制备甘油二酯,研究了脂肪酶添加量、反应温度及反应时间3个因素对甘油二酯得率的影响。结果表明:最佳制备条件为硅胶与甘油质量比为1∶1,预吸附甘油与菜籽油底物摩尔比1∶1,反应时间10 h,脂肪酶添加量为油脂质量的2%,反应温度为60℃的反应条件综合效果最佳,甘油二酯得率为57.73%,产物中1,3-甘油二酯摩尔百分比为71.3 mol%。In order to obtain the method for preparating diglyceride from rapeseed oil with high yield,mild reaction conditions,low energy consumption,convenient operation and environment-friend,rapeseed oil was catalyzed by immobilized lipase and pre-adsorbed glycerol enzyme to prepare diglyceride,the effects of lipase addition,reaction temperature and reaction time on the yield of diglycerides were studied.The results showed that the best preparation conditions were as follows:the mass ratio of silica gel to glycerol was 1∶1,the molar ratio of pre-adsorbed glycerol to rapeseed oil substrate was 1∶1,the reaction time was 10 h,and the lipase addition was 2%of the oil mass.The reaction conditions at 60℃had the best overall effect,the yield of diglyceride was 57.73%,and the molar percentage of 1,3-diglyceride in the product was 71.3 mol%.
