摘 要:以福祉教育理念为分析视角,以福建省龙岩市中心城区作为研究对象,探索龙岩市老年教育发展的路径选择。研究发现龙岩市的老年教育在教学点的设置、课程特色建设、依托高等院校办学等方面取得一定的成效,但由于结构性因素和个体因素的制约,龙岩市的老年教育存在发展不平衡、供需对接不畅通等问题。龙岩市老年教育,应以福祉教育理念为指引,通过保障老年人的学习权及提升老年群体的教育获得感,进而增进老年群体的教育福祉。In a perspective of well-being education concept and taking the central urban area of Longyan as a case study,this paper tries to explore the path choice of the development for the elderly education in Longyan city.It is found that the elderly education in Longyan City has achieved certain results in the setting teaching places,constructing characteristic curriculum and connecting colleges and universities.However,due to the constraints of structural and individual factors,some problems are existing in the elderly education in Longyan City,such as unbalanced development,poor connection between supply and demand and so on.The elderly education in Longyan city should be directed by the concept of well-being education,so as to improve the educational well-being of the elderly by ensuring the learning right of the elderly and improving the sense of educational acquisition of the elderly people.
