摘  要:受全球全纳教育思潮影响,各国残疾学生在普通学校就读的人数不断增长。在此背景下,国际大型教育测试中残疾学生参与不足现象逐渐成为一个显著问题。研究以PIRLS、PISA和TIMSS三大测试为例,从测试样本的选择、测试中合理便利的提供以及测试结果的报告三个层面对残疾学生参与不足这一现象进行剖析,并就如何进一步促进残疾学生参加测试进行思考。Influenced by the trend of inclusive education,the number of students with disabilities learning in ordinary schools is increasing globally.In this context,their insufficient participation in international large-scale educational tests has gradually become a significant problem.Taking PIRLS,PISA and TIMSS as examples,this study analyzes the phenomenon of insufficient participation of students with disabilities from three aspects:the selection of test samples,the provision of justified convenience in the test and the reporting of test results.On the basis of investigating relevant international and national regulations on participation of people with disabilities and provision of justified convenience,this paper discusses how to further improve the participation of students with disabilities in tests such as PIRLS,PISA and TIMSS.
