摘  要:采用一种合理的评定方式,对小麦粉中磁性金属物含量进行测量不确定度的评定。对比针对多次测定的高值进行测量不确定度评定和针对多次测定的平均值进行测量不确定度评定这两种方式,得出针对多次测定的平均值进行测量不确定度的评定是一种相对合理的方式。依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,对小麦粉中磁性金属物含量进行测量不确定度评定,经评定,样品中磁性金属物含量的扩展不确定度结果为X=(0.0027±0.0004)g/kg,k=2。称量磁性金属物质量的天平精度对测量不确定度的贡献最大,使用线性误差小的天平可以在很大程度上减小测量不确定度,提高检测质量。A reasonable evaluation method was used to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of magnetic metals content in wheat flour.it was concluded that the evaluation of measurement uncertainty for the average value of multiple measurements is a relatively reasonable way when comparing the two methods of uncertainty evaluation for the high value of multiple measurement and the average value of multiple measurement.According to JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement,the uncertainty of magnetic metal content in wheat flour was evaluated.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty of magnetic metals content in the sample was X=(0.0027±0.0004)g/kg,k=2.The accuracy of the balance which weighs the mass of magnetic metal objects enjoyed the greatest contribution to the measurement uncertainty.The application of balance featuring small linear error could significantly reduce the measurement uncertainty and improve the measurement quality.
