摘 要:目的护理对促进患者快速康复有重要意义,分析目标教学模式在妇科临床护理带教中应用价值。方法2019年4月—2020年10月对在该院妇科进行实习58名护生进行探究,采用随机法分为研究组(29名)和对照组(29名),研究组目标教学模式,对照组常规教学模式,比较研究组与对照组实习护生各项考核成绩、自我效能感、专业能力、素质能力、表现能力、教学满意度。结果研究组实习护生理论考核成绩、临床操作技能成绩与对照组相比,研究组考核成绩较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生自我效能感与对照组相比,研究组实习护生自我效能感较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生专业能力与对照组相比,研究组实习护生专科护理、基础护理、护理制度、护理流程评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组实习护生素质能力相比,研究组实习护生应变能力、分析能力、沟通能力、协调能力、处理能力评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组实习护生表现能力,研究组实习护生自信心、寻求真相、认知度、求知欲评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组实习护生满意度评分与对照组相比,研究组教学质量、教学方式、学习氛围、教师表现评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目标教学模式对提高妇科实习护生综合能力、职业素养发挥积极作用。Objective To analyze the application value of target teaching mode in gynecological clinical nursing teaching.Methods Frame of this study,and 58 nursing students who are internships in the department of gynecology in the hospital from April 2019 to October 2020 were explored.The nursing interns were divided into study group(n=29)and the control group(n=29)by random method.The target teaching model of the study group and the conventional teaching model of the control group.Compared the test scores,self-efficacy,professional ability,quality ability,performance ability,and teaching satisfaction of the study group and the control group.Results The study group practice nursing students'theoretical assessment results,clinical skills and operation results were compared the control group,study group assessment results were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy of nursing students in the study group was compared with that in the control group.The self-efficacy of nursing students in the study group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Study group practice nursing students professional ability compared with the control group,study group practice nursing students specialized nursing,basic nursing,nursing system,nursing process score were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group and the control group practice nursing students quality ability was compared with,the study group practice nursing students strain ability,analytical ability,communication ability,coordination ability,processing ability score were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group and the control group practice nursing students performance ability was compared,study group practice nursing students confidence,truth seeking,recognition,desire to learn higher score,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the study group were different from those of the control group.The teaching quality,tea
