摘  要:由于校企合作是培养应用型人才的有效途径,为提高人才培养质量、服务地方经济发展,深入高效地开展校企合作显得尤为重要。以武汉生物工程学院特色专业园林专业为例,分别从师资队伍建设、人才培养方案的制定、半程订单式培养、激励机制、双导师制、假期特训营等多个方面构建了校企长效合作实践教学模式,并取得了初步成效。通过实践摸索,师资力量得到加强,应用型人才培养质量得到提升,还满足了企业急缺人才需求,毕业生更受企业欢迎。University-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to cultivate applied talents.In order to improve the quality of talent training and serve the local economic development,it is particularly important to carry out university-enterprise cooperation deeply and efficiently.Taking the landscape gardening major of Wuhan University of Bioengineering as an example,from teaching staff construction,talent training programs,half order-type talent training,incentive mechanism,dual-mentor system and holiday special training camp,a long-term university-enterprise cooperative practice teaching model is built,and has achieved initial results.Through practice and exploration,the teaching staff has been strengthened;the quality of applied talents has been improved,and the urgent needs of enterprises for talents have been met.Graduates are more popular among enterprises.
