妇产科手术室带教中实施安全管理模式对护生理论知识成绩、无菌操作技术评分的影响

摘　　要：目的评价妇产科手术室带教管理中,实施安全管理模式的重要价值。方法选取2019年1月—2021年6月来该院实习的妇产科手术室护生共72名,将其按照随机法分组,每组36名。对照组给予常规管理,观察组给予安全管理模式,比较两组护生理论知识成绩、无菌操作技术。结果干预后,观察组实习生理论知识成绩评分、无菌操作技术评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组实习生满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组手术室内护理风险发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者对护生护理的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科手术室带教中,安全管理模式有其特殊优势,可提高护生的理论、操作考核成绩,提升护生满意度,预防或降低手术室内护理风险发生率,提升患者护理体验,值得应用。Objective To evaluate the important value of implementing safety management mode in the teaching management of obstetrics and gynecology operating room.Methods A total of 72 nursing students in the operating room of obstetrics and gynecology who came to the hospital for practice from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected.They were divided into groups according to the random method,there were 36 people in each group,the control group was given routine management,and the observation group was given a safety management model,and the theoretical knowledge and aseptic operation skills of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results After the intervention,the scores of theoretical knowledge and aseptic technique scores of the interns in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the satisfaction degree of interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the incidence of nursing risk in the operating room of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the total satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group with nursing care was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology operating room,the safety management model has its special advantages,which can improve the nursing students'theoretical and operational assessment results,improve the satisfaction of nursing students,prevent or reduce the incidence of nursing risks in the operating room,and improve the nursing experience of patients.It is worth applying.
