摘　　要：产教融合共同体是推动职业教育高质量发展的有效手段之一。文章分析当前职业教育产教融合存在的主要问题,开展破解问题的对策研究,提出基于校企“二元”主导协同育人的产教融合共同体的改革路径。福建水利电力职业技术学院结合“二元制”的七个特征,以协同育人为突破口,构建“价值共识、专业共建、技术共研、资源共享、发展共赢”机制的产教融合共同体,在理念、平台、行动、文化上探索并形成产教融合共同体的新模式。The community of the industry-education integration is one of the leading drivers for the high-quality development of vocational education.The paper analyzes the current challenges amid the integration and proposes reform measures based on the"dual system"between school and enterprise.On the basis of the seven characteristics of the system,Fujian College of Water Conservancy and Electric Power builds a community of industry-education integration through collaborative education.The community focuses on promoting value con-sensus.the co-development of subject and technology and resource sharing for a win-win scenario.As a result.the college forms a new model of industry-education integration community through the exploration of ideas.platforms,practices,and culture。
