摘　　要：依据客房岗位技能要求,本文运用OBE对高职院校客房服务与管理课程标准进行反向设计,构建细化的课程诊断指标点,定量评价各诊断指标点与总目标的达成度,从而判断课程教学是否达到预期的目标;在此基础上,分别从教学目标、教学过程、教学内容和教学评价等方面分析课程教学中存在的问题,并提出相应的有针对性的课程诊改措施。Considering the skill requirements on the positions related to guest rooms,OBE is used to reverse design the curriculum standard of the course of Guest Room Service and Management in higher vocational colleges,construct refined curriculum diagnosis index points,and quantitatively evaluate the achievement degree of each diagnosis index point and the overall goal,so as to determine whether the curriculum teaching has reached the desired expected goal.On this basis,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the course teaching from the aspects of teaching objectives,teaching process,teaching content and teaching evaluation,and puts forward corresponding targeted improvement measures.
