摘 要:目的为了解决以基于案例学习(CBL)的教学实践中涉及的教学案例相对不足的问题,本研究拟探讨构建病案组合模块,衍生出丰富的教学案例的可行性。方法通过利用相对典型的临床教学案例,将病史、体格检查及实验室器械检查这些对疾病诊断有决定性作用的三部分要素进行编辑与归纳分类,构建成教学案例的要素模块,通过不同模块的组合,形成数量更多的、灵活多变的教学案例,以适应分组小班化教育的教学模式。结果从7份基本案例衍生到22份案例。结论在CBL教学中采用病案组合模块构建的方法,可以扩充教学案例,缓解学习小组众多与教学案例相对不足的矛盾。Objective In order to solve the problem of insufficient teaching cases in case-based learning(CBL)teaching practice,this study intends to explore the feasibility of constructing the combination module of medical records and deriving rich teaching cases.Methods By collecting relatively typical clinical teaching cases,the medical history,physical examination and laboratory equipment examination,which have a decisive role in the diagnosis of diseases,were edited,summarized and classified,and the element modulesof teaching cases were constructed. Through the combination of different modules, more and more flexible teaching cases were formed to adapt to the grouping and small class education Teaching mode. Results Twenty-two cases were successfully generated from 7 basic cases. Conclusion In CBL teaching, using the method of combining medical records module can expand teaching cases and alleviate the contradiction between the large number of learning groups and the lack of teaching cases.
