摘 要:该文采用教学实验法、问卷调查法、案例分析及数理统计的方法,将快乐体操教学理念引入高校体操普修课教学中,并与传统体操教学相比较,尝试构建快乐体操教学模式。结果表明:快乐体操与传统体操都能完成学期教学任务,但快乐体操的教学效果总体优于传统体操;在快乐体操中,学生消除了对体操的畏难情绪,认为学习体操是自己力所能及的事情,能感受到学习体操带来的乐趣和成就感,激发了体操学习的兴趣;快乐体操进校园,为未来学校体操的发展提供了新的思路和方法。In this papre,by using the methods of teaching experiment,questionnaire survey,case analysis and mathematical statistics,the concept of happy gymnastics teaching is introduced into the general course teaching of gymnastics in colleges and universities.And it is compared with traditional gymnastics teaching,attempting to construct a happy gymnastics teaching model.The experimental results show that:Both the happy gymnastics and the traditional gymnastics can complete the teaching task of this semester,but the teaching effect of the happy gymnastics is better than that of the traditional gymnastics;In happy gymnastics,students eliminate the fear of difficulties in gymnastics,think that learning gymnastics is within their ability,feel the fun and sense of achievement brought by learning gymnastics,and stimulate their interest in gymnastics learning;Happy gymnastics into the campus provides new ideas and methods for the development of school gymnastics in the future.
