高职女教师生态化职业发展现状调查与分析

摘  要:研究采用课题组自编的《高职教师职业自信及生态化职业发展调查问卷》,对无锡工艺职业技术学院等15所高职院校的416名在职教师进行了问卷调查,结果发现:高职女教师总体上学历高于男教师,但职称却低于男教师,担任行政职务明显少于男教师,教科研各方面成果少于男教师;女教师们所感受到的工作压力值,各方面均低于男教师;对于自身职业发展现状,男女教师都是接近一半表示“满意”。为了让高职女教师走上生态化职业发展的健康道路,提出如下建议:从政策上支持,订立科学合理的扶持政策;从文化上影响,使其正确认识自我,增强信心;从舆论上引导,使其在擅长的领域中大放异彩。Applying to the self-made“Questionnaire on Teachers'Professional Confidence and Ecological Professional Development in Higher Vocational Colleges”,this research surveyed 416 teachers from 15 higher vocational colleges in China,and found that (1)female teachers in higher vocational colleges generally have higher educational background but lower professional titles,less administrative positions and less achievements in teaching and scientific research than male teachers,(2)female teachers feel lower work pressure in all aspects than male teachers,and (3)nearly half of both male and female teachers are satisfied professionally.In order to make the female teachers walk on a more healthy and sustainable road,suggestions are put forward:(1)support them by formulating scientific and reasonable support policies,(2)influence them from culture and help them understand themselves correctly and enhance their confidence,and (3)guide them from public opinion to play key roles in their areas of expertise.
