摘　　要：中山大学中山医学院通过促进基础临床融合,明确基础医学专业研究生培养目标和特色,改善基础医学专业研究生生源质量,整合优化资源,改革课程体系和加强培养过程的管理,保障培养质量,适应医学发展和社会需求,提升基础医学专业研究生创新理念和科研转化能力,建立了疾病导向的基础医学专业研究生的完整培养体系,对创新型和转化型医学人才的培养具有重要意义和示范效应。In Zhongshan School of Medicine,Sun Yat-sen University,the strategy of basic-clinical combination,clarifying the training goals and implement the teaching based on the characteristics of basic medical students,optimizing teaching resources,reforming the curriculum and strengthening the training process management,we ensured the training quality to meet the needs of science development and healthcare,improved the innovation concept and transformation potentials of basic medicine,established a complete training system of basic medicine,which is a demonstration of how to cultivate innovative and transformed medical talents.
