摘　　要：中医药师承教育是中医药人才培养的重要途径和方式,在中医学发展历程中发挥了不可替代的作用。培养具有中医药经典能力和中医思维的中医人才,要继承中医药师承教育的精髓,将其贯穿到中医药院校教育中,实现师承教育与院校教育在教育目标、课程设置、教学方法、考核手段等方面的协同作用。Teacher-education is an important way and mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)talents training,and has played an irreplaceable role in the development history of TCM.To cultivate TCM talents with TCM classical ability and TCM thinking,it is necessary to inherit the essence of TCM teacher training education and carry it through to TCM college education,so as to realize the synergy between teacher training education and college education in terms of educational objectives,curriculum,teaching methods and assessment means.
