新时代高职院校劳动教育与创新创业教育融合育人研究

摘　　要：创新创业教育是劳动教育落地的关键,两者呈现着育人目标上的互促性、育人过程的一致性、实践导向的一致性等内在的契合性。新时代高职院校劳动教育与创新创业教育融合育人,需要建构“统整性”培育目标,推进育人价值共建;设计“必修+拓展”课程体系,促进育人内容共融;搭建“线上+线下”的双线实践平台,促进育人路径共通;以“一体化”师资建设,确保育人主体共建。Innovation and entrepreneurship education is the key to the implementation of labor education.They present the mutual promotion of education goals,the consistency of education process,and the consistency of practice orientation.In the new era,the integration of labor education and innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges needs to construct the goal of"unity"and promote the co-construction of educational value,design"compulsory+extended"curriculum system to promote the integration of education content,and build a"online+offline"two-line practice platform to promote the common path of education to guarantee the co-construction of the main body of education.
