摘　　要：高职扩招生因学习基础参差不齐、学习需求各有不同,需要以人本主义教学理论为指导开展人才培养。高职院校要在充分调研、分析扩招生特点的基础上,改革人才培养模式,改革教学方式,运用信息化平台,优化评价体系与评价内容,达到扩招不减质的目的。The expanded enrollment students in higher vocational colleges have uneven learning foundation and various learning needs,it is necessary to carry out talent cultivation under the guidance of theory of people-oriented education.Higher vocational colleges should innovate the mode of talent cultivation,reform the teaching method,apply the information platforms,and optimize the evaluation system and content to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality expanded enrollment students on the basis of investigation and analysis of the characteristics of enrollment expansion.
