摘　　要：近年来,随着社会发展、改革开放和经济全球化的不断深入,我国高度重视精神文明的建设,对此高职院校在实施公共艺术教育时,遇到了前所未有的挑战,一是外部因素的影响,二是高职院校艺术氛围相对比较薄弱,校园艺术文化建设相对滞后,对于挑战,需要高职院校积极应对。这对高职学校开展公共艺术教育教学工作指明了方向、提出了要求,因此高职院校需要将立德树人育人理念科学有效的贯穿于公共艺术教育课程中,这是对艺术教育改革的时代要求,也是促进艺术教育教学发展的动力源头。In recent years, with the deepening of social development, reform and opening up and economic globalization, China attaches great importance to the construction of spiritual civilization. For this, higher vocational colleges have encountered unprecedented challenges in the implementation of public art education. First, the influence of external factors;second, the artistic atmosphere ofhigher vocational colleges is relativelyweak, andthe construction ofcampus art andculture isrelatively backward, higher vocational colleges need to actively respond. This points out the direction and puts forward requirements for higher vocational schools to carry out public art education and teaching. Therefore, higher vocational colleges need to scientifically and effectively run through the concept of Building Morality and cultivating people in the public art education curriculum, which is not only the requirement of the times for the reform of art education, but also the source of power to promote the development of art education and teaching.
