摘　　要：通过对国内“组织行为学”课程本科教学方法进行探讨,对常用的案例教学、情景模拟法、体验式教学、PBL、研究型教学等方法进行了述评,总结出了实践型和研究型两大类教学方法,并对其优劣进行了分析,最终得到启示:“组织行为学”课程教学方法的选择需要综合考虑各种条件;对现有的教学方法进行调整,使之与当前的教学环境、学生的特征等更匹配;未来可提出一种“组织行为学”课程综合教学方法,并进行效果评价;在当前情境下,不断探索“组织行为学”课程混合式教学实践。By probing into the undergraduate teaching methods of domestic“organization-behavior science”course,this paper reviews the commonly-used case teaching,scenario simulation method,experiential teaching,PBL and research teaching methods,summarizes the practical and research teaching methods,and analyzes their advantages and disadvantages.Finally,we have gained the enlightenment that in the selection of teaching methods of“organization-behavior science”course we should comprehensively consider various conditions,reform the existing teaching methods to make them better match the current teaching environment and the characteristics of students,put forward a comprehensive teaching method of “organization-behavior science”course in the future and evaluate the effect of its application,and constantly explore the mixed teaching practice of organization-behavior science course in the current situation.
