摘  要:目的:构建以医学虚拟实验平台为基础的输血医学实验教学模式。方法:选取本科学生108人,随机分为实验组(n=52)和对照组(n=56)。实验组采用临床案例导入,结合虚拟实验模块的模式进行教学。通过问卷调查、成绩分析评价教学效果。结果:在5项教学质量评估指标比较中,实验组明显优于对照组(p<0.05);与对照组比较,实验组学生实验操作技能成绩89.87±2.49分,显著高于对照组(p<0.05)。但2组期末考试成绩无统计学差异(p>0.05)。结论:虚拟实验有利于激发学生的学习兴趣与积极性,是输血医学实验教学的重要手段。Objective:to construct the experimental teaching mode of blood transfusion medicine based on medical virtual experiment platform.Methods:108 undergraduate students were randomly divided into experimental group(n=52)and control group(n=56).The experimental group used clinical case introduction,combined with the mode of virtual experiment module.The teaching effect is evaluated through questionnaire survey and score analysis.Results:among the five evaluation indexes of teaching quality,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the experimental operation skill score of students in the experimental group was 89.87±2.49 points,significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:virtual experiment is helpful to stimulate students’interest and enthusiasm in learning.It is an important means of experimental teaching of blood transfusion medicine.
