摘  要:目的分析微信联合PBL教学法与传统教学法在中医耳鼻喉科临床教学中的优缺点,探索微信联合PBL教学模式在中医耳鼻喉科临床教学中的应用。方法将78名见习学生随机分为PBL教学组38名和传统教学组40名,分别进行微信联合PBL教学和传统教学,经过考核和微信调查问卷分析教学效果。结果PBL教学组在病例分析得分、满意度和专业兴趣的帮助程度均高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论在中医耳鼻喉科临床教学中微信联合PBL教学模式效果显著,值得进一步推广。Objective To analyze the advantages and disadvantages of WeChat combined with PBL teaching method and traditional teaching method in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine Otolaryngology,and explore the application of WeChat com-bined with PBL teaching mode in the clinical teaching of traditional Chinese medicine otolaryngology.Methods 78 trainee students were randomly divided into PBL teaching group(38 students)and traditional teaching group(40 students).WeChat combined PBL teaching and traditional teaching were carried out respectively.The teaching effect was analyzed through examination and WeChat questionnaire.Results The scores of case analysis,satisfaction and professional interest of PBL teaching group were higher than those of traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of WeChat combined with PBL teaching mode is significant in the clini-cal teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further promotion.
