摘  要:目的观察以问题为导向教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)在儿科呼吸系统临床教学中的应用效果。方法将2018年6月毕业至中国医科大学附属盛京医院儿科实习的80名儿科医学生随机分为观察组(40名)和常规组(40名),观察组采用PBL教学模式进行教学,常规组以常规方法教学,比较2组学生实践成绩的优秀率和综合能力评分。结果观察组实践考核成绩优良率80.00%(32/40)显著高于常规组55.00%(22/40)(P<0.05);观察组综合能力评分显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论将PBL模式应用到儿科呼吸系统临床教学中能有效提高学生实践能力与综合能力。Objective To observe the application effect of PBL teaching method in pediatric respiratory system clinical teaching.Methods 80 pediatric medical students from June 2018 to pediatric internship in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and conventional group(n=40).The observation group was taught with PBL teaching mode,and the conventional group was taught with conventional method.The excellent rate of practice scores and comprehensive ability score of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of practice examination in the observation group(80.00%,32/40)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(55.00%,22/40)(P<0.05);the comprehensive ability score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL model in clinical teaching of pediatric respiratory system can effectively improve students’practical ability and comprehensive ability.
