摘  要:目的探讨以提升辨证施护能力为导向的混合式教学法在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科护理带教中的实用价值。方法选择2017年2月—2019年12月重庆医科大学附属永川医院73名耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科护生(均为女性),将实施传统教学法的36名护生纳入对照组,将实施以提升辨证施护能力为导向的混合式教学法37名护生纳入实验组。比较分析2组辨证施护能力及自我导向学习能力。结果实验组辨证施护能力总评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组自我导向能力总评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科护理带教中,实施以提升辨证施护能力为导向的混合式教学法有助于提升护生辨证施护能力,培养自我导向能力。Objective To explore the practical value of mixed teaching method based on improving the nursing ability of syndrome differentiation in the nursing teaching of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.Methods From February 2017 to December 2019,73 nursing students from otorhinolaryngology-head and neck surgery department(all female),including 36 nursing students in the reference group.37 nursing students were included in the experimental group.The two groups of dialectical nursing ability and selforiented learning ability were compared and analyzed.Results The total score of dialectical nursing ability in experimental group was significantly higher than that in reference group(P<0.05)And the total score of self-directed ability in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing teaching of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery,the implementation of mixed teaching method based on improving the ability of dialectical nursing is helpful to improve the nursing ability of nursing students and cultivate their self-oriented ability.
