摘  要:随着知识经济时代的到来,企业的竞争优势越来越依赖于知识和能力。核心员工作为企业关键技术的拥有者,在整个价值创造过程中的边际贡献相对较大,并对企业的经营成败产生重大影响,可持续性发展具有不可替代的作用,所以做好对核心员工的激励,保持他们的积极性和忠诚度,达到组织期望的工作绩效,成为管理的重中之重。本文在分析核心员工流失影响的基础上,指出当前企业核心员工流失原因,并给予企业留住核心员工的管理对策建议,以供参考。With the advent of the knowledge economy era,the competitive advantage of enterprises is increasingly dependent on knowledge and capabilities.As the owners of key technologies of the enterprise,core employees have relatively high marginal contributions in the entire value creation process and have a significant impact on the success or failure of the company’s operations.They also have an irreplaceable role in the sustainable development of enterprises.Therefore,well motivating core employees,maintaining their enthusiasm and loyalty,and achieving the work performance expected by the organization has become the top priority of management.Based on the analysis of the impact of the loss of core employees,this article points out the reasons for the loss of core employees in the current enterprise,and provides references for enterprises of management countermeasures to retain core employees.
