摘  要:采用励磁等电位法,以励磁电压45~60 V及频率250~450 Hz作为初级线圈激励参数,分析次级线圈中不同浓度的焦亚硫酸钠溶液电学特性。结果表明,相同浓度焦亚硫酸钠溶液的对地电压随频率改变而维持在稳定范围,但随励磁电压的增加而增大。当焦亚硫酸钠溶液浓度增加时,在不同频率及励磁电压作用下,次级线圈中焦亚硫酸钠溶液电势差提高。焦亚硫酸钠浓度、频率、励磁电压及电势差呈现良好的线性关系,其相关系数R;=0.988。采用该方法对6个市售饼干样品进行检测,检测结果相对标准偏差均<4%;与化学法相比,检测结果相对误差<3%。该研究将预处理的食品料液作为次级线圈,并利用励磁等电位法检测其电学参数来量化焦亚硫酸钠含量,为食品中焦亚硫酸钠的快速检测提供了一种新的技术方法。The excitation equipotential method was used to analyze the electrical characteristics of different concentrations of sodium pyrosulfite solution in the secondary coil with excitation voltage of 45~60 V and frequency of 250~450 Hz as the excitation parameters of the primary coil.The results show that the absolute potential of sodium pyrosulfite solution with the same concentration maintains in a stable range with the change of frequency,but increases with the increase of excitation voltage.When the concentration of sodium pyrosulfite solution increases,the potential difference of sodium pyrosulfite solution in the secondary coil increases under the action of different frequency and excitation voltage.There was a good linear relationship among the concentration,frequency,excitation voltage and potential difference of sodium pyrosulfite,and the correlation coefficient was R;=0.988.Six biscuit samples were detected by this method,and the relative standard deviation of the detection results was less than 4%.Compared with chemical method,the relative error was less than 3%.In this study,the food liquid was used as the secondary coil,and its electrical parameters were detected by excitation equipotential method to quantify the content of sodium pyrosulfite,which provided a new technical method for the rapid detection of sodium pyrosulfite in food.
