摘  要:传统的医学研究生分子生物学教学模式没有充分调动学生学习的主动性,制约了学生创新能力的培养。以培养科研型、创新型高层次人才的目标为导向,该研究对2007—2019级的临床医学研究生实施了教学模式的改革。通过十余年的探索和努力,建立了师生交流互动的理论授课、以创新性综合实验强化实验技能、以临床诊疗问题为导向的开题报告答辩考评和多学科专家进行科研讲座的"四位一体"创新教学模式,有效地提升了南昌大学医学研究生的临床思维和综合创新能力,为他们后续的科研工作打好了坚实的基础。The traditional teaching mode of Molecular Biology for medical postgraduates does not fully mobilize the students’learning initiative,and restricts the cultivation of students’innovative ability.Oriented by cultivating high-level research-based and innovation-based talents,we carried out a reform of teaching mode in clinical medicine postgraduates from Grade 2007 to Grade 2019.After more than ten years of exploration,we developed"four in one"innovative teaching mode,including the communication and interaction between teachers and students in theory teaching,strengthening experimental skills with innovative comprehensive experiments,thesis proposals and defenses oriented by clinical diagnostic and therapeutic problems,and scientific lectures given by multi-disciplinary experts.The new teaching mode effectively improved the clinical thinking and comprehensive innovation ability of the students,and laid a solid foundation for their subsequent scientific researches.
