摘 要:师德是基于特定职业活动和场域、具有道德意蕴的一套规范,它具有人本性、社会性、选择性、引导性等特征。师德规范内容应内含合理性和价值性,并回应时代要求,体现时代特征。大学教师的师德建设可以从德性觉悟和德行改善入手,通过省思与自觉、互动与成就、差异化进阶、师德与校德协同以及社会尊重与物质保障等努力,来探求大学教师师德提升的实践路径:在对师德省思与自觉中立德;在活动互动与德性成就中立德;在个体师德差异化的动态进阶中立德;在师德建设与校德建设的协同中立德;在人格尊重与物质保障中立德。As a set of norms with moral implications based on special professional activities and fields,teachers’code of morality is characterized by human nature,sociality,selectivity and guidance.The content of teachers’code of morality should contain rationality and value,respond to the requirements of the times and reflect the characteristics of the times.The construction of college teachers’code of morality can be proceded from the improvement of moral consciousness and moral conduct.With efforts from such aspects as reflection and consciousness,interaction and achievement,differentiation,cooperation between teachers’code of morality and schools’morality,social respect and material security and so on,this paper explores the way to improve teachers’morality:foster virtue in the reflection and self-consciousness of the teachers’code of morality,in the activity interaction and the achievement of virtue,in the dynamic advancement of the individual teacher’s code of morality,in the construction of teachers’code of morality and morality on campus,in the respect of personality and material security.
