摘　　要：文章简述高职大学生积极心理品质的具体表现,指出培养高职大学生积极心理品质的重要性,分析培养高职大学生积极心理品质的原则,并探讨培养高职大学生积极心理品质的策略。高职院校采用生活、教育、社会实践“三位一体”培养模式积极开展心理健康教育,能够帮助学生形成良好的生活观念、主动学习习惯以及广泛交友且见贤思齐的社交意识,提高学生心理品质,让他们心理更积极更健康。This paper briefly describes the specific performance of higher vocational college students'positive psychological quality,points out the importance of cultivating higher vocational college students'positive psychological quality,analyzes the principles of cultivating higher vocational college students'positive psychological quality,and discusses the strategies of cultivating higher vocational college students'positive psychological quality.Higher vocational colleges adopt the"three-in-one"training mode of life,education and social practice to actively carry out mental health education,which can help students form a good concept of life,active learning habits and social awareness of making friends and thinking of others,improve students'psychological quality and make them more positive and healthy.
