摘  要:职业教育教师具有其独特的职业特质。打造高水平双师队伍的关键在于高职院校教师"双师型"职业特质的建立与稳固。面临着组织主体对"双师型"培养培训一体化设计相对缺乏,校企双元实施主体开展"双师型"培养培训的能力不足,不同执行主体的职业特质培养不协同等现实困境。因此,需要将"双师型"职业特质培养主线贯穿高职院校教师职业发展全生命周期。具体可基于职业特质培养规律一体化设计培养培训项目,优化微观的培养培训项目,强化承担培养培训项目的讲师作为教师职业特质,以及团队建设标准与"双师型"教师个体培养培训标准相融合、团队发展规划和个人职业特质培养相协调等措施,促进"双师型"教师队伍建设。Teachers of vocational education colleges have their unique professional characteristics. The key to build a team of high-level double-qualified teachers lies in the establishment and stabilization of dual professional characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges. The practical difficulties of lacking integrated designs of double-qualified teachers’ training from the organizational subjects, the lack of ability to exhibit “double-professional” cultivation and training from the two subjects of both school and the enterprise who at the same time do the implementation, and the lack of collaboration of professional characteristics among different subjects who do the implementing, these are the dilemma that we face. Therefore, the main line of dual professional characteristics should be walked through in the whole life cycle of vocational development of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Specifically, strategies like the integrated design of cultivation and training projects with the principle of vocational trait training law, optimizing the micro training and training projects, and strengthening the professional characteristics of the lecturers who undertake the training and training projects, the integration of team building standards and “double-qualified” teachers’ individual training standards, and the coordination of team development planning and individual vocational trait training can be adopted to promote the construction of the team of “double-qualified” teachers.
