摘 要:伴随着国家经济发展转型升级和“一带一路”建设,培养高素质国际化人才成为高等职业教育的使命。国内外知名食品企业“走出去”“引进来”步伐不断加快,食品类专业国际化人才需求与供给成为产业界和职业教育界关注的焦点。为解决食品类专业国际化人才需求与供给矛盾,江苏食品药品职业技术学院与蒙牛集团开展深度合作,探索食品类专业国际化人才培养模式,有效破解了食品类专业国际化人才培养的标准与实践难题,高质量、复合型的人才更加契合食品产业的需求。With the transformation and upgrading of national economic development and the construction of“The Belt and Road Initiative”,cultivating high-quality international talents has become the mission of higher vocational education.The pace of“going global”and“bringing in”of well-known food enterprises at home and abroad is accelerating,and the demand and supply of international food talents have become the focus of the industry and vocational education circle.In order to solve the supply and demand contradiction of food professional international talents,Jiangsu Food&Pharmaceutical Science College and Mengniu Group united to carry out the depth cooperation,explored food professional international talents cultivation model,cracked food professional international standard and practice problem of talent training effectively,high-quality and compound talents are more suitable for the needs of the food industry.
