摘  要:为探究冷冻干燥是否适用于白苏种子的保存,测量了白苏种子的外部形态数据、百粒重、含水量、吸水率等参数;利用DSC技术测得白苏种子共晶共熔点分别为-17.4℃和-0.2℃,从而确定预冻温度为-25℃和升华干燥温度为0℃。设置对照组,测定热风干燥和冷冻干燥处理后种子的含水量和复水率,每天记录种子的萌发状况,发现热风干燥处理后的种子复水率较低,但是发芽状况良好,与对照组相近;冷冻干燥后的种子复水性很好,但萌发状况并不理想。In order to explore whether freeze-drying is suitable for the preservation of common perilla seeds,the external morphological data,grain weight,water content and water absorption rate were measured firstly.The eutectic point and congruent melting point of perilla seeds were measured by DSC technology,which were-17.4℃and-0.2℃,so as to determine that the prefreezing temperature was-25℃,and the sublimation drying temperature was 0℃.By setting up a control group,the moisture content and rehydration rate of seeds after hot air drying and freeze-drying treatment were determined,and the seed germination status every day was recorded.It was concluded that the rehydration rate of the seeds after hot air drying treatment was lower,but the germination was good,which was similar to the control group,while the rehydration rate of the seeds after freeze-drying treatment was good,but the germination was not ideal.
