摘 要:在对各国学者关于组织生涯管理以及工作人员离职倾向的研究进行梳理和归纳的基础上,借助问卷调查收集对大量的原始数据进行整理,采用SPSS23.0进行分析检验,可以得出如下结论:第一,员工满意度在组织职业生涯管理以及工作人员离职倾向中起到了一定的中介作用;第二,组织职业生涯管理同离职倾向之间存在负相关关系;第三,员工的满意度与其离职倾向之间存在负向的相关关系;第四,组织职业生涯管理与员工满意度之间存在正向的相关关系。On the basis of a review and summary of the studies around the world on organizational career management and staff turnover tendency,this paper has made an SPSS 23.0 analysis of a large number of raw data acquired from questionnaire survey,and the findings are:first,employee satisfaction plays a certain intermediary role between organizational career management and staff turnover intention;second,a negative correlation is found between organizational career management and turnover tendency;third,a negative correlation also exists between employee satisfaction and turnover tendency;and fourth,there is a positive correlation between organizational career management and employee satisfaction.
