摘  要:教学质量的提升需要得到有效地监督、评估与指导,督导评价是加强教学管理、提升教育质量的重要途径,对学校教育质量提升和教育内涵发展起到促进作用。本研究根据高职教育教学改革的新进展,在学生、教师、督导三方评价的基础上增加社会方,从教师、课程、专业、学校评价四个维度出发,构建了"四方、四维"高职教学质量评价体系,优化和完善了教学质量评价体系,规范了教学质量诊断与评价机制,为教学质量评价体系的实践运行提供了参考依据。The improvement of teaching quality needs effective supervision, evaluation and guidance. Supervision evaluation is an important way to strengthen teaching management and improve education quality, which plays a role in promoting the improvement of school education quality and education connotation development. According to the new progress of higher vocational education teaching reform and keeping pace with the times, this study adds the social side on the basis of the tripartite evaluation of students,teachers and supervisors, constructs the "four-party and four-dimension" higher vocational teaching quality evaluation system from the four dimensions of teacher, curriculum, specialty and school evaluation, and optimizes and improves the teaching quality evaluation system, standardizes the diagnosis and evaluation mechanism of teaching quality. It provides a reference for the practical operation of the teaching quality evaluation system.
