摘　　要：在"互联网+教育"背景下,提升教师信息技术素养已经成为影响高职院校信息化教育教学改革创新进程的关键因素。文章剖析了"互联网+教育"背景下提升教师信息技术素养的重要性,分析了高职院校教师信息技术素养现状,从学校层面探讨了提升教师信息技术素养的策略,从信息意识的培养、信息技术能力达标培育体系的构建、信息化教学环境的营造、信息技术应用激励机制的建立和完善几个方面给出了建议。In the era of "Internet plus education", upgrading teachers’ information literacy has become a key factor affecting the reform and innovation process of information technology education in higher vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the importance of improving teachers’ information technology literacy in the era of "Internet plus education", analyzes the current situation of information technology literacy of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and probes into strategies for improving teachers’ information technology literacy from the school level. The paper gives suggestions on the cultivation of information consciousness, the establishment of information technology ability standard training system, the creation of information teaching environment, and the establishment and improvement of incentive mechanism for information technology application.
