摘　　要：体育教师作为体育课思政教育的主导者,要结合体育选项课教学的特点,深化体育课程思政建设。教学中要运用科学手段确定育人目标、挖掘思政元素、传授思政理论,促进学生身心全面发展,实现体育课程思政育人的教学目标。As the leader of PE ideological and political education,PE teachers should deepen the construction of ideology and politics in PE curriculum by combining the characteristics of optional courses in PE teaching.In teaching,scientific means shall be applied to determining the educational goal,excavating the ideological and political elements,imparting the ideological and political theories,promoting the overall development of students’body and mind,and realizing the teaching goal of ideological and political education in PE course.
