增能理论视域下返乡创业残疾大学生继续教育的困境与突破

摘　　要：在增能理论视域下,增强返乡创业残疾大学生继续教育的实效性,是为实现残疾大学生多元价值利益"增能"的过程。增能理论是新时代社会工作理论的一个重要内容,从制度赋权到教育、实践、个体增能等四个维度,探究残疾大学生返乡创业继续教育的困境,并据此提出行之有效的突破路径,以帮助残疾大学生实现自身价值,助力乡村振兴。From the perspective of empowerment theory,enhancing the effectiveness of continuing education for disabled college students returning home to start their own businesses is a process of“empowerment”for the multiple value interests of disabled college students.Empowerment theory is an important part of the social work theory in the new era.This article explores the plight of the continuing education for disabled students returning home for entrepreneurship,and puts forward effective ways of breakthrough from four aspects:system empowerment,education,practice and individual empowerment,in order to help the students realize their own value so as to boost rural revitalization.
