摘　　要：高职院校临床医学课程思政教育具有重要意义,首先两个时代背景给高职医学生进行课程思政带来契机,其次临床医学专业课教学中渗透思政是医学发展的要求,再者医学双重属性的学科特点和临床医学专业学生的特点均要求教师在课堂上融入思政教育。针对高职临床医学课程,通过设计第一课堂课程思政教学方案,搭建第二课堂课程思政教学平台,开展第三课堂课程思政实践能力培养,构建高职临床医学课程思政教育教学体系,从而把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程,实现全程育人、全方位育人,使临床医学课程与思想政治理论课同向同行,形成课程整体育人的协同效应,促进医学生全面成长成才。The curriculum ideological and political education of clinical medicine course in higher vocational colleges is of great significance.Firstly,the two backgrounds of times bring opportunities for the ideological and political education of higher vocational medical students.Secondly,it is the requirement of medical development to infiltrate the ideological and political education into the teaching of clinical medicine courses.Moreover,the characteristics of the dual attributes of medicine and clinical medical students require teachers to integrate ideological and political education in the classroom.In view of the clinical medicine courses in higher vocational colleges,through the design of the ideological and political teaching scheme of the first class course,the establishment of the ideological and political teaching platform of the second class course,the cultivation of the ideological and political practice ability of the third class course,and the construction of the ideological and political education teaching system of the higher vocational clinical medicine course,so as to make the ideological and political work run through the whole process of education and teaching,realize the whole process of education,and make the clinical medicine course and the ideological and political theory course go together in the same direction,forming the synergistic effect of the whole curriculum education,and promoting the overall growth and development of medical students.
