摘  要:随着铁路运量和速度的不断增加,山区小半径曲线段钢轨的伤损和磨耗问题日益突出,尤其是曲线外侧钢轨的伤损发展迅速,极大缩短了钢轨的使用寿命.在大量的钢轨伤损数据的基础上,构建了结构方程模型(Structural Equation Model,SEM),模拟了多个复杂变量同时作用于钢轨伤损的情况,逐步解析了变量间的影响路径,探讨了小半径曲线段外轨超高、缓和曲线长度、曲线半径、总运量和磨耗等参数对曲线外侧钢轨伤损的影响.研究结果表明:随着钢轨服役时间的增加,总运量会显著加剧钢轨的伤损程度,同时还会导致钢轨的侧面和垂直磨耗量明显增加;侧面磨耗增加会加速钢轨伤损劣化,而垂直磨耗与钢轨伤损程度具有竞争关系,垂直磨耗的增加会减缓钢轨伤损的发展;增大曲线的半径、增加缓和曲线的长度以及设置合理的过超高可以有效减缓钢轨的磨耗,从而降低钢轨的劣化速度.With the increasing railway capacity and speed,the rail defect and rail wear become increasingly prominent in small radius curve section of mountainous area.Especially,the defect of rail on the outside of curve is developing rapidly,which greatly shortened the rail service life.Based on a large amount of rail defect data,the Structural Equation Model(SEM)is established to simulate the situation of multiple complex variables acting on rail defect at the same time,and the influence path between variables is analyzed.The influence of parameters such as outer rail ultra-high,length of easement curve,curve radius,total traffic volume and wear on rail defect at the outside of the curve is investigated.Results show that with the increase of rail service time,the total traffic volume will significantly aggravate the rail defect degree and will also lead to significant increase of lateral and vertical wear of rail.The increase of lateral wear accelerates the deterioration of rail defect,while the vertical wear competes with the degree of rail defect.The increase of vertical wear slows down the development of rail defect.Increasing the radius of the curve,increasing the length of the easement curve and setting a reasonable overheight can effectively slow down the wear of the rail,thus reducing the deterioration speed of the rail.
