摘 要:职业教育质量治理是促进职业教育发展和提升人才培养质量的必然选择,也是实现职业教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的根本举措。职业教育走向质量治理具有逻辑必然性,是管理概念的新样态,符合国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的时代呼唤,源于现实困境的诉求,真正体现了"双高"示范品牌打造的价值归属。职业教育质量治理以提高人才培养质量为根本目标,通过实施教师、教材、教法的综合质量治理,产教融合、校企合作的主体共治、资源互补等类型质量治理,文化高端育人的质量治理,突破问题困境的创新治理等措施,实现职业教育"大有作为"的质量治理成效。The quality governance of vocational education is the inevitable choice to promote the development of vocational education and improve the quality of personnel training. It is also the fundamental measure to realize the modernization of vocational education governance system and governance capacity. The quality governance of vocational education is a new form of management concept, which conforms to the call of the times for the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity, stems from the demand of realistic predicament, and truly reflects the value attribution of Double High demonstration brand. The fundamental goal of vocational education quality governance is to improve the quality of personnel training. Through the implementation of comprehensive quality governance of teachers, teaching textbooks and teaching methods, integration of enterprises with vocational schools and universities, co-governance of subjects in school-enterprise cooperation,complementary resources and other types of quality governance, quality governance of high-end cultural education,innovative governance to break through problems and dilemmas, the quality governance effect of vocational education can be achieved.
