摘 要:目的探讨基于微课的TBL教学在护理专业生理实验教学中运用的效果。方法选取上海健康医学院附属卫生学校2017级中高职贯通护理专业45名学生作为对照组,2018级中高职贯通护理专业48名学生为实验组。对照组采用传统教学,实验组采用基于微课的TBL教学。课程结束后通过统计分析实验考试成绩、教学效果满意度,评价教学效果。结果实验组学生考试成绩均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);问卷调查显示实验班大部分学生认同基于微课的TBL教学方法。结论基于微课的TBL教学法值得在中高职贯通护理专业生理实验教学中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of TBL teaching based on micro-classes in physiological experiment teaching.Methods 45 students from Health School Attached to Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences in 2017 were selected as the control group,and 48 students from Health School Attached to Shanghai University of Medicine&Health Sciences in 2018 were selected as the experimental group.The control group adopted traditional teaching,while the experimental group adopted TBL teaching based on micro-classes.At the end of the course,the teaching effect was evaluated by experimental examination results,analysis of examination results and statistical questionnaire results.Results The test results of the experimental class were all better than those of the control class(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The questionnaire survey shows that most students in the experimental class agree with the TBL teaching method based on micro-class.Conclusion TBL teaching method based on micro-lesson is worth popularizing and applying in the physiology experiment teaching of middle and higher vocational colleges.
