摘 要:目的调查分析新冠肺炎疫情防控期间线上教学存在的常见问题与改进措施。方法采用线上同步听课的方式,对69名教师的线上教学进行督导,课后与教师就线上教学存在的问题进行交流、沟通,提出改进意见和建议;根据教师仪表、教学态度、教学内容、教学方法、课堂秩序、教学效果等指标评价教师的总体教学效果,并着重就教师的教学方法、教学内容、教学准备存在的问题进行分析。结果69名教师线上教学总体效果评价优良率为89.8%。临床专业课教师与学科基础课教师线上教学效果总体评价的优良率相比无差异。69名教师在教学内容掌握、理论联系实际、教学课件制作、仪态仪表等方面的优良率较高,而师生互动、启发性教学、双语教学等方面的优良率较低。结论教师线上教学的执行力较高,但师生互动、启发性教学等教学方法和双语教学等尚需改进与培训。Objective To analyze the common problems and improvement measures in online teaching during COVID-19 prevention and control.Methods The method of synchronous online class attending was adopted to supervise the online teaching of 69 teachers.After class,suggestions for improvement was put forward by communicating with teachers about the existing problems in online teaching.Evaluate the overall teaching effect of teachers according to their appearance,teaching attitude,teaching content,teaching method,classroom order and teaching effect,and analyze the existing problems of teachers’ teaching method,content and preparation.Results The excellent and good rate of the overall effect evaluation of 69 teachers’ online teaching was 89.8%.There was no difference in the overall evaluation rate of the online teaching effect between the clinical specialized course teachers and the discipline basic course teachers.The excellent and good rates of 69 teachers were higher in teaching content mastery,theory connection with practice,courseware making and appearance,etc.While the excellent and good rates were lower in teacher-student interaction,heuristic teaching,bilingual teaching and so on.Conclusion Teachers have a high executive power in online teaching.However,the teaching methods such as teacher-student interaction,heuristic teaching and bilingual teaching need to be improved and trained.
