摘  要:“一带一路”倡议的提出为农业高职院校海外办学带来机遇和挑战。从海外办学的主体、海外办学举办所在地、办学专业、办学形式和办学模式等方面梳理高职院校,特别是农业高职院校海外办学的现状及存在的主要问题,总结政府主导的“鲁班工坊”、行业主导的中赞职业技术学院、企业主导的企校协同、高职院校主导的校校(企)合作等主要模式的特点。从农业行业主导、校企协同、顶层设计及政策经费保障、项目可行性研究、多元多形式发展等方面为农业高职院校海外办学提出策略及建议。This paper analyzes the background and opportunities of overseas school-running for higher vocational colleges of agriculture,studies the current status and problems of overseas schoolrunning for higher vocational colleges,especially higher vocational colleges of agriculture,from the subject,establishment location,major,form and pattern of overseas school-running.It also summarizes the main patterns and features of overseas school-running for higher vocational colleges based on governmentled“LuBan Workshop”,industry-led Sino-Zambia vocational education college,enterprise-led enterprise-school coordination,and school-school(enterprise)cooperation led by higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper puts forward strategies and recommendations for overseas school-running for higher vocational colleges of agriculture from many aspects such as agricultural industry leading,school-enterprise coordination,top-level design,policy funding guarantee,project feasibility study and multiple-form development.
